⏱️ ca. 20-30 Minuten
Damit eure Website und Domain ganz euch gehören, legt ihr heute ein paar kostenlose Konten an. Ori hilft danach als Mitverwalter - aber Eigentümer bleibt ihr. So bleibt alles in eurer Hand, egal was passiert. Ihr braucht dafür nur ein paar Klicks. Bei jedem Schritt steht unten, was ihr Ori schickt (Passwörter niemals!).

1 Cloudflare-Konto anlegen

Cloudflare ist das „Zuhause" der Website: es speichert die Seite, die Videos, verwaltet die Domain-Einstellungen und die E-Mail-Weiterleitung - alles an einem Ort, den ihr kontrolliert. Kostenlos.

  1. Öffnet dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up
  2. Gebt eine E-Mail-Adresse und ein sicheres Passwort ein und klickt auf „Sign Up" / „Registrieren".
  3. Ihr bekommt eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail - öffnet sie und klickt auf den Link darin. Fertig.
  4. ❗ Fügt noch KEINE Domain hinzu, wenn Cloudflare danach fragt. Diesen Teil machen wir später gemeinsam. Einfach überspringen/„skip".
An Ori schicken: die E-Mail-Adresse, mit der ihr euch angemeldet habt (damit er als Helfer hinzugefügt werden kann). Nicht das Passwort.

2 GitHub-Konto anlegen

GitHub bewahrt die Dateien der Website sicher auf - mit Verlauf und Sicherungskopie. Es wird mit Cloudflare verbunden, sodass Änderungen automatisch online gehen. Auch kostenlos.

  1. Öffnet github.com/signup
  2. Wählt einen Benutzernamen (z. B. hopspot-kpop), gebt eure E-Mail und ein Passwort ein.
  3. Bestätigt die E-Mail-Adresse über den Link, den GitHub euch schickt.
  4. Wenn nach einem Tarif gefragt wird: den kostenlosen (Free) wählen.
An Ori schicken: euren GitHub-Benutzernamen (damit er als Mitarbeiter hinzugefügt werden kann). Nicht das Passwort.

3 Bei Weebly: Domain entsperren + Transfer-Code holen

Damit die Domain kpopdance.de zu eurem neuen GoDaddy-Konto umziehen kann, muss Weebly sie „entsperren" und euch einen Transfer-Code geben (wie ein Schlüssel). Das ist der einzige etwas technische Schritt - ihr schafft das.

  1. Loggt euch bei Weebly ein.
  2. Geht zu Domains / Domänen und klickt auf kpopdance.de.
  3. Klickt auf „Administer" / „Verwalten" und dann „Domäne verwalten".
  4. Schaltet die „Registrierungssperre" (Transfer-Sperre) AUS.
  5. Sucht den „AuthInfo" / „EPP-Code" / „Transfer-Code" und kopiert ihn. Falls er nicht direkt angezeigt wird, gibt es evtl. einen Button „Code anfordern", oder man muss kurz den Weebly-Support fragen.
🔒 Wichtig - der Transfer-Code ist wie ein Schlüssel zur Domain Schickt ihn Ori privat (direkt per WhatsApp oder E-Mail an ihn) - niemals irgendwo öffentlich posten. Und: bei Weebly noch nichts kündigen! Weebly läuft weiter, bis die neue Seite live ist und die E-Mails geprüft sind.

4 Google-Workspace-Zugang prüfen (Esther)

Eure E-Mails (@kpopdance.de) laufen über Google. Um das Spam-Problem zu beheben, brauchen wir Zugang zum Verwaltungsbereich. Heute nur prüfen, ob der Login klappt - reparieren machen wir später gemeinsam.

  1. Öffnet admin.google.com
  2. Meldet euch mit dem @kpopdance.de-Konto an, das die E-Mails verwaltet.
  3. Prüft einfach, ob ihr reinkommt. Wenn ihr euch beim Login unsicher seid, klären wir das zusammen.
An Ori sagen: ob der Login bei admin.google.com funktioniert - ja oder nein. Passwort behaltet ihr.
🔒 Die eine goldene Regel: Passwörter bleiben bei euch Gebt eure Passwörter niemandem - auch nicht Ori. Er braucht nur drei Dinge: (1) die E-Mail für Cloudflare, (2) euren GitHub-Benutzernamen, (3) den Domain-Transfer-Code (privat). Alles andere gehört nur euch.

So your website and domain belong entirely to you, today you'll create a few free accounts. Ori then helps as a co-admin - but you stay the owner. That keeps everything in your hands, no matter what. It's just a few clicks. Each step tells you what to send Ori (never passwords!).

1 Create a Cloudflare account

Cloudflare is the website's "home": it stores the site and the videos, manages the domain settings and the email forwarding - all in one place you control. Free.

  1. Open dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up
  2. Enter an email address and a strong password, then click "Sign Up".
  3. You'll get a confirmation email - open it and click the link inside. Done.
  4. ❗ Do NOT add a domain yet if Cloudflare asks. We'll do that part together later. Just skip it.
Send Ori: the email address you signed up with (so he can be added as a helper). Not the password.

2 Create a GitHub account

GitHub safely stores the website's files - with history and a backup. It connects to Cloudflare so changes publish automatically. Also free.

  1. Open github.com/signup
  2. Choose a username (e.g. hopspot-kpop), enter your email and a password.
  3. Confirm your email via the link GitHub sends you.
  4. If asked about a plan, pick the Free one.
Send Ori: your GitHub username (so he can be added as a collaborator). Not the password.

3 In Weebly: unlock the domain + get the transfer code

To move the kpopdance.de domain to your new GoDaddy account, Weebly must "unlock" it and give you a transfer code (like a key). This is the only slightly technical step - you've got this.

  1. Log into Weebly.
  2. Go to Domains and click kpopdance.de.
  3. Click "Administer" then "Manage domain" (Domäne verwalten).
  4. Turn OFF the "registration lock" (Registrierungssperre).
  5. Find and copy the "AuthInfo" / "EPP code" / "transfer code". If it isn't shown directly, there may be a "request code" button, or you briefly ask Weebly support.
🔒 Important - the transfer code is like a key to the domain Send it to Ori privately (directly via WhatsApp or email) - never post it anywhere public. And: don't cancel anything in Weebly yet! Weebly keeps running until the new site is live and email is verified.

4 Check Google Workspace access (Esther)

Your email (@kpopdance.de) runs on Google. To fix the spam problem we need access to the admin area. Today just check that the login works - we'll do the actual fix together later.

  1. Open admin.google.com
  2. Sign in with the @kpopdance.de account that manages the email.
  3. Just check that you can get in. If you're unsure about the login, we'll sort it out together.
Tell Ori: whether the admin.google.com login works - yes or no. Keep the password.
🔒 The one golden rule: passwords stay with you Never give your passwords to anyone - not even Ori. He only needs three things: (1) the Cloudflare email, (2) your GitHub username, (3) the domain transfer code (privately). Everything else is yours alone.
